Warranty & complaints


You may always have complaints about our products or services.

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing customerservice@123watches.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.

We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. You will receive a status update from us when your complaint has been addressed.

"Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague(www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie via the European ODR Platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)."



123watches guarantees the soundness of the items you order from us. You therefore get at least a three-month guarantee on all our items as standard, as well as a promise of fast warranty handling. Our guarantee does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear, incorrect or intensive use, fall and impact damage, unless stated otherwise.

The above guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee which also applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.
