Complaints

You may always have complaints about our products or services.

We encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing customerservice@123watches.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of both parties.

We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. We will send you a status update when your complaint has been processed.

"Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague(www.sgc.nl).

 

Warranty

123watches guarantees the reliability of the items you order from us. Therefore, you get at least a three-month warranty on all our products as standard and we also promise a quick warranty service. Our warranty does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear, improper or intensive use, fall and impact damage unless otherwise stated.

The above warranty does not affect the legal guarantee which also applies to all articles you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect it to be.
