What are the shipping costs?

Your order is always shipped free of charge with us , for an additional charge you can add track and trace.

How can I return/exchange a product?

For environmental reasons, we have not included a printed return form with your order. Simply register a return in our returns portal. We will then assess your request within 24 hours. You can return your parcel via PostNL.

You will receive a discount code for the amount of the purchase within one working day after the return has been processed.

Order your replacement product yourself. Order before 22:00? Then we will ship your purchase on the same working day!

After the return process you will receive a refund or we will change your Klarna invoice


You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving reasons. 

The easiest and fastest way to register a return is via our digital return form.

If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds.

We may wait to refund until we have recovered the goods.
