On the back, it will tell you which case size you have, making it a lot easier to choose your bracelet size.Here's an example: if your Apple Watch case size is 40mm on the back, you can choose size 38, 40, 41 & 42mm.
The Apple Watch has had the same connector to attach the strap to the Apple Watch from the start, making each strap fit all series. Do you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or older with a case size of 42mm? Then choose the size 44, 45, 46 & 49mm.
